Using Xure for CASI Tracking customers

Xure Supply Chain is the new service replacing CASI Tracking.

This page provides guidance for CASI Tracking customers migrating to using Xure Supply Chain services. The table below gives you a simple overview of the CASI Tracking services you are used to using and where to find each new service in Xure. The guide then also provides links in to more detailed guidance on using those tools in the Xure website.

How to access your services

Xure Supply Chain services can accessed from the Red Tractor Checkers and Services website Choose the relevant sector e.g. Produce, Pigs, Crops Choose Supply Chain from the left-hand menu Click on your site name This will take you to the Xure website logged in to access your site overview page	CASI Tracking services were accessed by logging in to the Red Tractor Checkers and Services website The relevant sector was chosen e.g. Produce, Pigs, Crops Service were then available from the Status Tracking page The red button provided access to the Status Tracking pop-up

View your tagged members

View your tagged suppliers by clicking on the Supplier Tracking icon on the site overview page This opens a list of all your tagged suppliers.	Your tagged members were accessed by clicking View Report on the status tracking page This opened a list of all your tagged members.

Filter options are available to filter your list Click on a site name to view further details	Filter options were available to filter your list The site name could be clicked to view further details

Download a list of your tagged suppliers on the Supplier Tracking page	A list of your tagged members could be downloaded on the View Report page

Tag new members - individual

New tags are added on the Trading Relationships page Visit the site overview and click on Trading Relationships	New tags were added in the Tagging Wizard The red button for Tagging Wizard was clicked on the Status Tracking page

Select Add Supplier Relationship to add individual tags	The tracking group was selected

Tag new members - spreadsheet import

The spreadsheet import is accessed on the Trading Relationships page
Visit the site overview and click on Trading Relationships
Click Import Supplier Relationships at the bottom of the page

The spreadsheet import was accessed from the Tagging Wizard

The red button for Tagging Wizard was clicked on the Status Tracking page

Import from Spreadsheet provided was then clicked

Steps were followed in the tagging wizard to import your members

Remove tagged members

Choose a supplier who you no longer wish to monitor Click the link to Cancel Relationship (click here for detailed guidance)	The box was ticked to only show tagged members to find members to remove

Email alerts

Daily email alerts come with Xure branding and from xure@everysite.co.uk	Daily email alerts came with CASI branding and from casi@everysite.co.uk

Web Service / API integration

Subscribers who have integrated their own systems via our API do not need to make any changes to their software as the existing API operates just as before.
